Brush plating
Brush plating deposits metal exactly where it is needed, at ambient temperature, on parts still mounted in the machine. No tanks, no masking of the whole assembly, no heat-affected zone.
01
Assess
Inspect the damage, measure the existing dimension and confirm the target tolerance and base material.
02
Prepare
Clean, etch and activate the work area so the deposit bonds to sound metal — no masking of the whole assembly.
03
Deposit
Apply metal layer by layer at ambient temperature using a portable rectifier and absorbent anode.
04
Verify & finish
Check thickness in-process, finish to print, and release with full dimensional inspection.
Anywhere, anytime
When a component cannot leave the plant, we come to it. Our mobile crews carry portable power supplies and solutions to complete certified repairs in place — shortening outages and avoiding freight on oversized assemblies.
In-house
Full shop services with inspection and reporting.
On-site
Field crews mobilized across Canada and beyond.
